Dr. Ron and Shelley Tatelbaum occasionally lead trips to the Pyramids of Teotihuacan Mexico and the sacred waters of Tolantonga. Our intention is to enhance and assist you in “upping the ante” of your self-discovery and spiritual evolution. Ron and Shelley offer a unique approach. We will bring awareness of how stress and false beliefs create suffering physically, emotionally and spiritually in your life. Ron is a board certified cardiologist and Shelley is a Certified Grief Therapist. We have studied with Don Miguel Ruiz (author of the Four Agreenents) and are certified 4 Agreements Teachers. We are facilitators under the direction of Jon Kabat-Zinn of the Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Program. We bring our skills, experience and backgrounds to combine these two paths into one – heart to heart.

The Mindfulness based stress & pain reduction Program
Shelley is a certified instructor for the Mindfulness Based Stress & Pain Reduction Program. This innovative 8-week program is designed to help people become more aware of their own ability to reduce pain, work with their fears and anxieties, and cope with the stresses of everyday life.
THE FIVE AGREEMENTS wisdom group
Everything we do is based on agreements we make with ourselves and others. The most important agreements are ones we make with ourselves. In these agreements, we tell ourselves who we are, how to behave, what is possible, what is impossible. One single agreement is not such a problem but we have agreements that come from fear which deplete our energy and diminish our self worth.
THE FIVE AGREEMENTs ADVANCED GROUP
This advanced Five Agreements Group is for those who have successfully completed the Five Agreements Wisdom Group and are committed and are committed on an even deeper level to live these 5 agreements. This group is more intense and members also learn how to live the Three Toltec Mastery's.
